Dr. Santosh Nayak is an experienced academician and corporate trainer currently serving as Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education and associated with the Manipal School of Commerce and Economics since 2012. With expertise in business law, insurance, risk management, corporate law, and health insurance, he has actively contributed to academics, placements, industry collaborations, and student development initiatives. He holds an MBA in Human Resource Management, a PGDBM as a Gold Medallist, and an LLB qualification. Dr. Nayak has published several SCOPUS-indexed research papers in areas such as insurance, healthcare, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and banking.
He has also organized and participated in numerous international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes across India and abroad. Apart from academics, he has rich corporate experience in insurance, training, human resource management, and counselling. Known for his strong communication, leadership, and research skills, he has delivered professional training sessions on employability, communication, hospitality laws, negotiation, and time management.
