Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
I am currently serving as a Bioinformatician in the department, where I am responsible for the development, optimization, and maintenance of genomic analysis pipelines to support research and diagnostic workflows. My role includes bioinformatics data analysis, workflow troubleshooting, and ensuring reproducibility and efficiency of genomic analyses.
I am also involved in teaching the basics of bioinformatics and genomic data analysis to Master’s students.
I am also serving as the MSc Coordinator, managing academic coordination, student support, scheduling, and related administrative responsibilities within the program.
