Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
Involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures, SGD, practical demonstrations, and case-based learning sessions. Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations, and conducts practical examinations. Guides postgraduates in their research activities and seminars.
Coordinator of Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Centre and Pharmacovigilance Committee, to scrutinize ADRs from clinical departments of Kasturba Hospital, Manipal. Member of Department Scientific Committee and MBBS elective co-ordinator. Member of Doctoral Committee, PhD research vertical, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal.
Is a teacher guardian to undergraduate students. Guide the undergraduate students in their short-term research projects and case presentations.
