Dr. Ramya Nair M.T.

Conduct classes for postgraduate students, including practical sessions and mini-projects. I also set question papers, invigilate examinations, and oversee theory and practical assessments in my class subjects. Guides three postdoctoral students in their research activities and seminars. My research focuses on various aspects of reproductive biology, including the development of effective therapeutic solutions and cryopreservation strategies.

Additionally, I attend workshops and conferences at both national and international levels to enhance my knowledge. I serve as a teacher-guardian to four postgraduate students, providing support outside the classroom. I am actively involved in departmental and institutional academic activities. I currently serve as social media activities editor in our quarterly departmental magazine and also serve as PhD co-coordinator.
