Dr Rajesh R Pai

Dr. Rajesh R. Pai encourages student engagement activities and technology-enabled teaching methodologies. Actively participates in curriculum delivery, assessment planning, question paper setting, invigilation of examinations, and evaluation activities. Guides students in academic projects, seminars, presentations, and research-related activities, fostering analytical and problem-solving skills among learners.

Engages in research activities in the areas of management, digital health, mHealth applications, technology adoption, employee wellbeing, semantic contextualization, and related interdisciplinary domains. Acts as a mentor and guide to undergraduate and postgraduate students by supporting them both within and beyond the classroom environment. Assists students in research projects, case studies, presentations, and academic development activities. Actively contributes to departmental, institutional, accreditation, quality assurance, and other academic and administrative responsibilities at Manipal Institute of Technology.
