Mr. Rahul Shedbalkar

Rahul Shedbalkar is an experienced hospitality academician and Associate Professor with over two decades of experience in hospitality management education and industry engagement at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He is actively involved in teaching Hospitality Business Practices, Revenue Management, Operations, and allied management subjects while preparing lesson plans, assessments, and academic schedules aligned with institutional quality standards. He mentors undergraduate and postgraduate students in research projects, presentations, placements, career development, and industry readiness initiatives.

He also coordinates seminars, hospitality conclaves, workshops, vocational training programs, and consultancy projects in collaboration with industry partners such as City & Guilds (UK) and India Skills. Additionally, he contributes to curriculum planning, student engagement activities, training & placement coordination, and institutional academic development through active participation in conferences, workshops, research, and hospitality education initiatives.
