Dr. Preeti Agrawat

Encourages experiential and participative learning through case discussions, group learning, role plays, presentations, videos, simulations, and design thinking-based classroom activities. Handles subjects such as Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Managing and Developing People, and Fundamentals of Management. Actively contributes to academic assessment by setting question papers, invigilating examinations, evaluating answer scripts, conducting internship viva, and preparing answer-cum-marking keys. Guides PG students in dissertation work and supports students in academic presentations, projects, internships, and professional development.

Conducts training and developmental activities such as Leadership Development Culture Code sessions, quality profiling, and soft skills training. Also contributes to institutional quality initiatives including ISO audit preparation, NAAC compliance work, mentoring, and other departmental and institutional academic responsibilities. Continuously works towards enhancing student learning, employability, leadership skills, and professional communication by supporting students both inside and outside the classroom.
