With 20 years of professional experience in the Construction Industry and over 8 years of experience in Academics and Research, I bring a strong combination of industry expertise, academic knowledge, and practical insights to undergraduate teaching. My teaching approach focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and professional practice, enabling students to understand industry standards, professional processes, and real-world challenges. I actively mentor undergraduate students in design activities, thesis work, and case-study presentations, while encouraging collaborative learning, discussion, analytical thinking, and practical problem-solving. My research interests are primarily focused on Construction Contracts Management, with an emphasis on practical challenges and their application in the construction industry.

I continuously update my academic and professional knowledge through workshops, seminars, conferences, and other professional development programmes at national and state levels. I am actively involved in academic, departmental, and institutional activities, including question paper setting and examination responsibilities. My objective is to equip students with the knowledge, practical skills, and professional perspective needed to confidently meet the evolving demands of the construction and architectural industry.
