With over 14 years of experience in hospitality education and culinary arts, possesses core expertise in food photography, food styling, and visual culinary documentation, along with strong specialization in Culinary Foundation and basic cookery. Experienced in conducting practical-oriented teaching sessions, culinary demonstrations, and interactive learning activities for undergraduate hospitality students. Has sound knowledge of traditional and contemporary culinary techniques with special expertise in Udupi cuisine and Dakshina Kannada cuisine.

Actively involved in research and academic activities related to indigenous culinary practices, culinary innovation, and qualitative food studies. Has contributed to research publications, conference presentations, and interdisciplinary collaborations in the field of food and culinary studies. Has facilitated and contributed culinary expertise for Mangalorean Food Festivals at ITC Gardenia and ITC Royal Bengal, showcasing the culinary heritage of coastal Karnataka.

Also assisted in training sessions for Team India participants for WorldSkills 2023 in the cooking category. Actively involved in conducting culinary workshops, food festivals, and student mentoring activities, and was recognized with the Good Teacher Award and awards for outstanding student feedback performance at Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
