As a committed theory and laboratory teacher, I dedicate myself to cultivating an atmosphere of active participation and intellectual engagement. My teaching approach emphasizes motivating students to explore beyond the curriculum, instilling in them a lasting interest and love for the subject. I believe in nurturing the holistic development of students, guiding them not only academically but also personally and socially. In addition to classroom and laboratory instruction, I shoulder significant academic responsibilities.

I prepare question papers, invigilate examinations, and conduct practical assessments with integrity and precision. As a teacher guardian, I support the smooth living and integration of students from diverse backgrounds, ensuring their well-being and fostering inclusivity. My role extends into institutional quality and safety, serving as an ISO internal auditor and an active member of the laboratory safety committee. These responsibilities reflect my commitment to maintaining high standards and ensuring a secure learning environment.

Equally important is my contribution to research and mentorship. I guide postgraduate students in their projects and currently supervise four PhD scholars, helping them navigate their academic journeys and contribute meaningfully to their fields. This dual focus on teaching and research underscores my dedication to advancing knowledge while inspiring the next generation of scholars.
