Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
Teaching for UG and PG courses. Guiding UG and PG students for 6 and 4th Semester project work, and PhD students. Actively involved in the departmental and institutional other academic activities. Member in Student Grievance Redressal Committee since May 2023, Hostel Management Committee of MAHE, Grievance Redressal Committee and Surprise Check Squad and Dissection Monitoring Committee.
Incharge of Plant Sciences lab and greenhouse, and coordination during students visit. Seating Coordinator for MAHE Convocation since 2015 and Member, Board of Studies, Dept. of Botany, Alva’s College, Moodubidre since 2024. Alumni Coordinator for MSLS since 2007 and taken care of alumni update, alumni engagement and events, and Class-in-Charge for MSc Systems Biology since July 2025.
