Functions efficiently and facilitates the overall professional and personal development of students. Assists in the periodic organisation of departmental curricular and extracurricular activities. Collaborates and coordinates with other departments to facilitate planned student learning experiences. Evaluates student performance by OSCE method, examination conduction, invigilation, and effective supervision of students in clinical settings, skill lab, and classrooms. Ensures personal and professional development, effectively utilises available resources, explores the need for additional resources, and maximizes their use.

Guides undergraduate students in short term research projects. Functions as the Fundamentals of Nursing Lab in-charge and assists in maintaining inventory, indenting, and equipment maintenance. Prepares and submits monthly AQAR reports and other departmental reports to the institution.Is a teacher guardian to undergraduate students and gives my best to help them outside the classrooms.
