Responsible for delivering undergraduate BBA and M.Sc. (Logistics and Supply Chain) courses in subjects including Management, Marketing, Operations, Project Management, and related areas. Involved in conducting lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops, and experiential learning sessions with a focus on integrating industry-relevant practices and outcome-based education methodologies. Guide and mentor students in their academic development, career planning, internships, placements, and professional growth while closely monitoring attendance, academic performance, and classroom engagement. Provide academic support and counseling for projects, presentations, research activities, and overall skill enhancement.

Engages in research activities in the areas of Marketing and Sustainability and continuously enhances professional knowledge by participating in workshops, and conferences at the national and state levels. Guides and mentors research scholars in their respective research areas, supporting their academic development and professional growth.

Serves as a teacher guardian for undergraduate students, providing guidance and support beyond the classroom to promote their academic and personal development. Mentors undergraduate and post graduate students in short-term research projects, internship and case presentations, fostering analytical and presentation skills. Actively participates in departmental and institutional academic activities and contributes to the overall academic environment and student engagement initiatives.
