Dr K Vijaya Bhasker

Apart from teaching subjects such as Organic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry for undergraduate (B.Pharm) students and Advanced Medicinal Chemistry and Advanced Spectral Analysis for postgraduate (M.Pharm) students, actively engages in enhancing students’ conceptual understanding through creative assignments and interactive learning methods. Regularly asks questions after every class to assess students’ comprehension levels and encourage critical thinking. Conducts Medicinal Chemistry practicals for undergraduate students and actively participates in academic activities such as question paper setting, invigilation of theory examinations, and conduct of practical examinations. Serves as the Coordinator of the Disciplinary Committee, striving to ensure harmonious student conduct both within the college campus and hostel environment.

Also functions as a Hostel Warden, contributing towards maintaining discipline, student welfare, and a conducive living atmosphere for academic growth. Actively involved in mentoring students and fostering academic excellence through guidance, academic interaction, and student support beyond classroom teaching. Continuously updates professional knowledge by participating in academic programs, workshops, conferences, and faculty development activities in the field of pharmaceutical sciences.
