Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
Actively promotes collaborative and application-oriented learning through interactive classroom discussions, and project-based teaching methodologies for undergraduate engineering students. Contributes to curriculum delivery by preparing question papers, evaluating assessments, invigilating examinations, and mentoring students in academic and technical activities. Guides students in mini-projects, seminars, and research-oriented assignments in areas related to Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Computer Vision.
Engages in research activities in the domains of Artificial Intelligence, Medical Image Processing, and Machine Learning applications. Continuously updates academic and technical expertise by participating in workshops, faculty development programs, conferences, and seminars conducted at national and international levels. Encourages students to explore innovative technologies and interdisciplinary research opportunities through practical exposure and academic guidance.
Serves as a Mentor-Mentee Committee Member and actively supports undergraduate students in both academic and personal development. Provides guidance for student projects, technical presentations, and skill development activities beyond the classroom. Contributes to various departmental and institutional academic responsibilities and actively participates in initiatives that enhance student learning, professional growth, and overall academic excellence.
