Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
Actively engaged in teaching Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Analysis to both undergraduate and postgraduate students, adopting interactive and student-centered pedagogical approaches. Emphasis is placed on fostering group learning, critical discussion, and conceptual clarity, ensuring students develop a strong academic foundation along with analytical thinking skills. In addition to teaching, I undertake key academic responsibilities, including question paper setting, invigilation of theory examinations, and the conduct of practical and viva voce examinations. I closely mentor postgraduate students in their academic journey, guiding them through research activities, seminars, dissertation work, and the development of scientific communication skills, while providing structured support for coursework and presentations.
I also serve as a Teacher Guardian for undergraduate students, offering academic guidance and mentoring. I supervise short-term research projects and assist students in case presentations, encouraging early research exposure. Furthermore, I actively contribute to departmental and institutional responsibilities, supporting academic administration and participating in various developmental and scholarly activities.
