Dr Ismayil

Regularly teaches Applied Physics and Engineering Physics courses for first-year B.Tech students and handles Open Elective subjects for undergraduate students from various disciplines. Conducts laboratory sessions for UG B.Tech and PG M.Sc. Physics students, encouraging conceptual understanding, experimental learning, and active participation in discussions. Guides postgraduate students in their academic projects and supports undergraduate students in their academic activities.

Actively involved in research focused on the development of polymer electrolytes for advanced energy storage devices such as batteries and electric double-layer capacitors (EDLCs). Guides Ph.D. scholars and postgraduate students in their research work, project development, data analysis, and scientific presentations. Continuously updates knowledge and research skills by participating in conferences, workshops, faculty development programs, and other academic activities at national and international levels.

Serves as Teacher Guardian for first-year B.Tech students and provides academic guidance and personal support beyond the classroom environment. Also serves as Warden of MIT Hostel Blocks, contributing to student welfare, discipline, and hostel administration. Coordinates the Engineering Physics Laboratory and Physics Characterization Laboratory, and actively participates in departmental and institutional academic, administrative, and extracurricular activities.
