Encourages group learning and discussion, sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations and conducts practical examinations. Guides postgraduates in their research activities and seminars. Helps postgraduate students in their thesis as guide.

Is actively involved in research, is a PI/Co-I in multiple research projects and is a University-recognized PhD guide.
Actively involved in the departmental and institutional academic activities. Is the chairperson of the KMC Faculty Research Vertical and is involved in organizing and conducting workshops on research methodology for faculty and students.
