Delivering academic instruction, practical training, curriculum development, and student mentoring in the field of hospitality management. My teaching areas include Food & Beverage Service Operations, Beverage Studies, Wines & Spirits, and Bar Operations, with a focus on integrating industry-oriented learning and outcome-based education. I also contribute to assessment design, academic coordination, student development initiatives, and departmental activities that support academic excellence and professional competency.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I am actively involved in research and industry engagement within hospitality and tourism studies, with interests in consumer behaviour, service marketing, and tourism experiences. Prior to academia, I gained professional industry experience with Marriott International, which strengthened my operational expertise and practical understanding of hospitality service standards. My combined academic and industry background enables me to foster a professional learning environment that prepares students for the evolving global hospitality industry.
