Dr. Flavia Sharlet Noronha

Dr. Flavia S Noronha is involved in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students in the areas of Mental Health Nursing, Applied Psychology, Nursing Education and Nursing Research Methodology. She coordinates curricula and co-curricula activities and contributes to curriculum planning, student assessment, and clinical training.

She is the subject coordinator for Nursing Education (postgraduate) and class coordinator for the 8th semester BSc Nursing program. Actively engaged in mentoring UG/PG students in research activities, dissertation work, seminars, and scholarly presentations. Her research interests include preventive psychiatry and mental health of the vulnerable groups.

In addition to academic and research responsibilities, Dr. Flavia actively engages in institutional outreach programs, social responsibility activites, professional development programmes, and interdisciplinary collaborations aimed at strengthening nursing education and evidence-based practice.
