Responsible for delivering undergraduate BBA and Integrated Program in Management courses in Management, Human Resource Management, and Organizational Behavior, and serves as Placement Coordinator for the Integrated Program in Management. Teaching subjects such as International Human Resource Management, Manpower Planning and Procurement, HR Analytics, Personality Development and Public Speaking, Compensation Management and Benefits, Introduction to Organizations, Inspiring Leadership, Conflict Management and Negotiations, and Global Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills, while designing experiential, outcome-based learning sessions. Actively mentors students in academics, careers, internships, and placements, closely tracking their performance and providing ongoing support for projects, presentations, research, and overall skill development.

Engages in research on Work–Life Balance, Employee Motivation and Engagement, Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Politics, Workplace Incivility, and related areas, while continually upgrading expertise through faculty development programs, workshops, conferences, corporate training, and industry consultancy, and contributing to peer-reviewed journals and edited volumes. Supervises research scholars and serves on doctoral advisory committees to support their academic progression and professional growth. Life-time member of the Indian Society of Training and Development, NHRD, and NIPM.

Serving as a teacher guardian for undergraduate students, providing guidance and support beyond the classroom to foster their academic, personal, and professional development. Mentors undergraduate and postgraduate students in short-term research projects, internships, and case presentations, thereby strengthening their analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills. Actively participates in departmental and institutional activities—such as conclaves, seminars, student forums, and industry–academia initiatives—and contributes to the institution's overall academic environment, quality initiatives, and student engagement efforts.
