Encourages group learning and discussion, and has conducted practical demonstrations and case-based sessions for undergraduate students. Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations and conducts practical examinations. Guides undergraduate students in their short-term research projects and case study presentations. Is actively involved in research in the fields of Road User Behaviour Study and Safety Enhancement, and Safety Analysis of Vehicular and Pedestrian Interactions, and continuously updates knowledge by attending FDPs, workshops and conferences at national and state levels.

Acts as a mentor to undergraduate students and extends support beyond the classroom to ensure their academic growth. Teaches Environmental Studies and Airports and Seaports Engineering, bringing real-world relevance into the curriculum. Serves as the NBA and PAQIC Coordinator and BIS Coordinator for the department, actively contributing to accreditation processes, quality improvement initiatives and standards compliance. Actively participates in departmental and institutional academic activities.
