Delivering lectures to undergraduate as well as postgraduate students. Scheduling classes, examination dates, project dates, research presentation etc. Arranging guest lectures as a part of integrated teaching Allocation of lecture classes, practical classes and other academic works to various faculty members in the department. Guiding the students and attending to their academic related problems.

Initiating the process of curriculum development, modification, up gradation etc. Organizing the other academic activities such as workshops, CMEs, symposiums and conferences. Motivating the faculty and students to attended workshops, conference etc. Guiding the postgraduate students in their project and thesis preparation. Collecting the question paper sets, internal assessment marks etc.

from department faculty (through Course Coordinators) and forwarding to concerned authority. Communicating the various information, periodic circulars, rules, norms, guidelines, deadline etc to faculty members and students. Forwarding applications of faculty and students to concerned authorities. Authorizing and forwarding students attendance and internal assessment marks to KMC office within the deadline. Chairman of the Board of studies for the department and conduct meetings regularly.
