Actively engaged in training the registrars of Department of Head and Neck Surgery. Also involved in residents of Department of Otorhinolaryngology, General Surgery, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and undergraduates and intern posted in Head and Neck Surgery as part of their peripheral rotation postings. Guides postgraduates of these departments in their seminars, journal clubs, intra-disciplinary academic activities, research activities, conference presentations and publications. Currently guiding 4 PhD scholars of Department of Head and Neck Surgery as the primary supervision, and additionally, is involved in research work of 5 other PhD scholars from KMC, Manipal, and other institutes, such as MIT and MCHP, as Co-supervisior.
