Promotes collaborative learning and clinico-microbiological discussions while actively participating in both practical and lecture-based teaching for MBBS students. Responsible for invigilating theory examinations and conducting practical examinations, as well as mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students in seminar presentations and academic activities.

Involved in routine diagnostic microbiology services and the clinical interpretation of laboratory findings, contributing to patient care through timely diagnosis and effective interdisciplinary collaboration with clinical departments. Assists in Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) surveillance activities and Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs (AMSP) to support quality healthcare practices.

Regularly participates in CMEs, workshops, conferences, and departmental academic discussions to keep updated on recent developments and emerging advances in the field of Microbiology.. Also actively contributes to various departmental and institutional academic and administrative activities.
