Actively engaged in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, emphasising holistic, family-centred child care using outcome-based and evidence-based approaches. Teach nursing management theory and provide clinical supervision to postgraduate students, strengthening their leadership and decision-making competencies. Contribute to the development and revision of pediatric nursing curricula in alignment with current child health priorities and advancements in neonatal and pediatric care. Design and implement student assessments, including scenario-based and clinical evaluations, to enhance critical thinking and clinical competence.

Supervise and mentor students during pediatric, neonatal, and nursing management clinical postings, fostering safe practice, ethical care, and effective clinical decision-making. Actively involved in systematic review, quantitative, qualitative and mixed-methods research, guiding PhD, postgraduate, and undergraduate dissertations, and publishing in peer-reviewed journals to promote evidence-based practice. As a PhD Coordinator, I oversee and coordinate doctoral research activities to ensure academic rigour and timely progress. Also contribute to academic administration, quality assurance, community child health programs, and the integration of innovative teaching technologies.
