Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Kasturba Medical College: Delivering theoretical and practical training to postgraduate students in Forensic Science, Organizing academic visits to local police stations, forensic science laboratories, and other criminology and law enforcement institutions to provide hands-on exposure and practical learning opportunities, Mentoring and guiding students in minor research projects/dissertations with emphasis on the significance and application of research in forensic sciences.
Clinical Forensic Medicine Unit Responsibilities: Documentation of Medico-Legal Cases (MLCs), Teaching and supervising MBBS interns and M.Sc. Forensic Science students in the procedures and protocols involved in medico-legal case documentation.
