Mr. Arjun Hegde

Assistant Professor specialezed in the Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Department with experience in delivering both theoretical and practical instruction in the field of hospitality and food service management. Teaching focused on developing students’ conceptual understanding alongside industry-oriented practical skills in areas such as food and beverage operations, service techniques, beverage studies, bar operations and hospitality management practices. In addition to teaching also has research interests which are centered on sustainability within the hospitality and food service sector, with a focus on sustainable practices, responsible consumption, waste management, environmental stewardship, and the integration of sustainability principles into hospitality operations and education.
