With over 16 years of teaching experience, I have actively contributed to academic ex-cellence, student development, and institutional growth through various academic and administrative responsibilities. As a Faculty Advisor and Mentor, I have guided students in academic planning, career development, project activities, internships, and personal development, ensuring their overall progress and well-being. I have consistently supported students in enhancing their technical knowledge, communication skills, confidence, and professional ethics while creating a positive and motivating learning environment.

As a Department Curriculum Committee (DCC) member, I have been involved in curriculum design, syllabus revision, academic planning, and implementation of outcome-based education practices in accordance with university and industry requirements. In my role as Class Committee Chairperson, I have facilitated communication between students and faculty members by organizing meetings, addressing academic concerns, gathering feedback, and ensuring the smooth conduct of teaching-learning processes.
