Dr. Anuradha Calicut Kini Rao

Encourages group learning and discussion, and tkes active part in slide seminars for postgraduate students, conducts teaching sessions on medical renal diseases, gynecologic cytology for postgraduate students. Takes active part in teaching MBBS students both theory and practicals, besides guiding them in short term research projects, poster and oral paper presentations for various conferences. Sets question papers, invigilates theory examinations and conducts practical examinations. Guides postgraduates in their research activities and seminars.

Helps postgraduate students in their thesis as guide. Is actively involved in bringing out the best amongst the postgraduate students, besides helping them select superspeciality courses as per their aptitude. Does research in various fields of Surgical pathology, with special reference to breast and gynecologic histopathology and cytology, besides updating her knowledge by attending CMEs, workshops and conferences at national and state levels. She has given several guest lectures at state level conferences, besides being recently felicitated with ration award at a state level conference in the year 2025.

Is a teacher guardian to undergraduate students and gives her best to help them outside the classrooms. Actively involved in the departmental and institutional other academic activities.
