Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
Dedicated to advance the understanding of developmental biology, stem cell biology, and human disease mechanisms in young minds. With a strong commitment to both research and teaching, I bring cutting-edge scientific discoveries into the classroom while nurturing the next generation of researchers. I teach Developmental Biology and Applications of Stem Cells to M.Sc. students, with an emphasis on connecting fundamental biological principles with emerging technologies and their translational applications.
As a Ph.D. mentor, I am committed to developing independent, critical, and scientifically rigorous researchers who understand not only how to conduct experiments, but also why they matter. My research interests span human pluripotent stem cells, organoid biology, cellular differentiation, developmental mechanisms, and disease modeling, with a particular focus on translating fundamental discoveries into meaningful biomedical applications. “My goal is not merely to train students to perform experiments, but to inspire them to think like scientists—curious, critical, creative, and driven by meaningful questions".
