Dr.Akhila D as a medical teacher is actively involved in teaching and training undergraduate and post graduate medical students in Community Medicine.
She is:
•Actively involved in patient care, academic & clinical research
•Actively engaged in conduct of outreach programs, screening and health education programs in the community
•Involved in training undergraduate, postgraduate at MAHE in Research methodology and Epidemiology
•Faculty guide for medical undergraduate students for ICMR STS projects, and Co-guide for various Master’s(MD) dissertation work.
