Current Academic Role & Responsibilities
Facilitates undergraduate teaching through interactive classroom discussions and encourages learning beyond the conventional classroom setting. Prepares examination papers, supervises examinations and contributes to various academic activities. Guides undergraduate and postgraduate students in their dissertation and research activities. Actively supports students in developing their academic interests and research skills.
Conducts research alongside teaching and continuously updates academic knowledge through engagement with current scholarship. Participates in academic conferences, seminars and workshops at national and international levels, and presents research findings at conferences.
Acts as an educator and facilitator to undergraduate students, providing academic guidance and support beyond the classroom. Strives to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages students to connect classroom learning with the world around them. Actively involved in departmental and institutional academic activities, including the Capstone Project and the MILHS Newsletter.
