General Instructions

• At the time of admission, students must pay the full first-year program fee, which includes a refundable caution deposit of ₹10,000.
• MAHE will verify all applications and release the final list of selected students within one month after all counselling rounds are completed.
• After selection, the extra amount paid will be refunded within two months.
• Students must submit the MAHE Scholarship Application Form 2025 to the MAHE Manipal Admissions Office to receive the refund.
• A minimum of ₹10,000 will be charged every year as the program fee, in addition to the refundable caution deposit.
• Upgrade to a different room (subject to availability), the difference in hostel fee must be paid.
• stipend would be paid during the regular on-campus duration of the program (excluding internship).
• The scholarship is awarded to the highest-ranked NEET candidate who meets the eligibility criteria and completes admission formalities in Round 1 of DGHS/MCC counselling.
• If the selected student upgrades or resigns, the scholarship will be given to the next eligible Round 1 admitted student.
• If seats remain vacant, the award will be based on NEET rank after all counselling rounds.
• Students admitted under Government category (KEA or JCECEB counselling) are not eligible.
• The scholarship does not cover food, books, or other personal academic expenses, which the student must manage separately.
• Students who fail to the maintain the continuation eligibility must pay the full program fee for the next academic year.
• The scholarship may be cancelled for poor attendance, indiscipline, or any behaviour that harms the reputation of the Department, Institution, or University.
