The Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science – Lateral entry is a three-year undergraduate program in MCHP Manipal for candidates who have completed a two or three-year diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology. Eligible diploma holders enter directly into the second year, or third semester, and complete two years of academic study followed by a one-year compulsory internship.

Program Eligibility

You must have completed either:

A 2-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a State Board after 10+2, with 50% aggregate marks in the diploma and at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in 10+2,

A 3-year Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a State Board after 10th, with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
