In the Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design and Digital Media Marketing program at MAHE, you embark on a three-year academic journey while seamlessly blending foundational theory with hands-on projects and industry exposure.

With this program you learn graphic design skills—from design principles to colour theory and kickstart your journey in field of digital marketing, branding, UX/UI design and many other in media and entertainment industry. With our industry connect and certified training from the Media Entertainment Skills Council (MESC) we prepare you to lead the fast-paced media and design landscape through our Bachelor’s in Graphic Design and Digital Media Marketing program.

Program Eligibility

QUALIFICATION

Indian Boards

You must have successfully completed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board with Physics, Mathematics, along with Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or any Technical Vocational subject with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks and English as a compulsory subject.

A Levels

You must have successfully completed A Levels with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or any Technical Vocational subject with a minimum Grade D average at the A Level, English at the AS Level, or have a minimum of five passes in IGCSE, GCSE, or GCE O Level examinations, including English.

International Baccalaureate (IB)

You must have successfully completed the IB Diploma or IB Certificate with English, Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or any Technical Vocational subject (preferably Mathematics and Physics at Higher Level). You must also have: • A minimum of 3 points in each subject. • 3 Higher Level (HL) and 3 Standard Level (SL) subjects. • At least 2 science subjects at HL. • An average of at least 4 points in Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject. • An overall minimum of 24 points. • You must appear for MET 2027 and secure the required cutoff. • Technical Vocational subjects must be related to Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical streams. If you are applying through JEE Main CRL Rank, you must have: • If you are in an Indian Board, a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject. • If you are an A level student then you must have an average Grade A. • If you are an IB student then you must have average 6 points. • A minimum 90 percentile in JEE Main 2027. Foreign/ NRI/ NRI sponsored candidates are exempted from the entrance test.

Continuation of Scholarship

The award of Fee Waiver for the subsequent years will be the same as given at the time of admission in the first year. Scholarship will be extended in the subsequent year only to those students who have cleared all subjects in the University Examinations of previous year before the due date for payment of annual program fee. Students who are promoted to next year with failures (F) / Incomplete (I) / Detention (DT) grades, will NOT be eligible for fee waiver for that academic year. Fee Waiver will be forfeited in the instances of irregularity in attendance, proven charges of indiscipline, bringing disrepute to the Department / Institution / University etc.

Withdrawal Policy

In case the candidate leaves the course before the course completion (for any reason), he / she MUST reimburse the total program fee (as per Prospectus 2025) for the years of scholarship utilized, back to MAHE Manipal.
