Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) is committed to creating an eco-friendly and sustainable campus through responsible environmental practices and innovative solutions. Guided by its Environment and Energy Policy, we at MAHE promote initiatives such as solar energy adoption, water conservation, waste management, and sustainable infrastructure. These efforts reduce environmental impact while supporting education and research aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the university’s vision of building a greener future.
Sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation are at the core of our vision, inspired by our founder, Dr. TMA Pai. Guided by the UN SDGs, we champion initiatives such as the award-winning Paperless Examination (E-Pad) and hold ISO 50001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications.
