B Arch : 10+2 of India or equivalent examination with English and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Minimum marks required is 50% in the 10+2 or equivalent examination plus 40% marks in the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA). Those following the American High School system, application will be considered if the above two courses are taken in the 11th and 12th grade or as Advanced Placement (AP) courses.

B Tech: 10+2 of India or equivalent examination with English, Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology as optional subject. Minimum marks required is 50% or ‘C’ grade in Physics, Mathematics and optional subject and 50% or ‘C’ grade in English. Those following the American High School system, application will be considered if the above courses are taken in the 11th and 12th grade or as Advanced Placement (AP) courses. Students who have completed the above courses/subjects in their Bachelor’s degree will also be considered.
