Long Term Objectives:

Conduct training, provide consultancy, carry out research and resource building in statistics, research methodology and related areas.

Specific Objectives:

1. To coordinate and conduct teaching of research methodology and statistics for all health sciences institutions under Manipal University.
2. To conduct training programmes/ short term courses in research methodology, biostatistics, epidemiology, clinical trials, writing grant applications, scientific communications and related areas for students and faculty.
3. To acquire statistical, epidemiological and related software packages and resources required for researchers.
4. To facilitate as a resource centre in research methodology and statistics for researchers.
5. To provide statistical research design and data analysis consultancy for researches, faculty and students.

Working hours:
Monday to Saturday : 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
Lunch Break  : 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm
