I have had a detailed interaction with the faculty members of Department of Commerce. I am really impressed with the personal involvement of the Faculty in the day today progress of the students. All the more impressive is the transparency of the system, where interaction openly with the parents keeps the students alert to their own progress. I am evenly appreciative of the psychological treatment of the personal issues of the students. It is a unique educational system unlike any other University where the faculty goes beyond the normal call of duty working even upto 9:00 p.m.

When my son AmitSuri’s Admission was confirmed here at Manipal must accept, I as a mother had my own fears and apprehensions. The questions coming and disturbing my mind were.

a) Is Manipal-which we must accept is an all students and no parents town……..is the right choice?
b) Would my son, over a period of time get deviated and forget the purpose for which he is here.Respected Sir, at this juncture after a year and two visits to Manipal having spent quality time with the HOD and the other Faculty , I would with no hesitation state that today I am a happy and relaxed mother.
c) Along with the regular education I have found that the Faculty and the HOD in particular give a personal touch to every child’s overall development, be it Character building or Personality Development.
d) I have also found that HOD in spite of any situation and busy schedule make you feel comfortable and give you all time listing to you and sharing their personal views of your child.
e) At the end of the day Academically how Amit fares would be his personal interest and effort.

But for me Respected Sir, you and all members of Staff have made the classroom of e-Banking and Finance a home away from home.
