“Personally Manipal University off shore campus – Bangalore, was not my first choice of college to study at. I was encouraged to come here by my father. Initially I was apprehensive and slightly disappointed that I had to come here instead of being able to study at my hometown itself. However the longer I was here, I realized that MIRM started to grow on to me. This place has taught me so much in such a short time. Having come here and meeting new people from so many walks of life helped me to have a different outlook on life. The most important point that makes MIRM so amazing is the wonderful lecturers here who not only impart knowledge to us but also take the effort to help us out if we need or are suffering from any personal issues. The teaching here is more personalized and we as students feel like we are well looked after and it helps to make this place almost like a second home. Leaving MIRM has brought about mixed feelings for me. I am happy to be heading home but I will be sad to be leaving MIRM as I had many wonderful experiences here.
