The students of MCON are well placed in India and abroad. They work both as teaching faculty in the nursing colleges and schools and also as bed-side nurse. Nursing graduates from India are in high demand across the world. MCON students have been working in different hospitals and clinics in India and abroad. Some students also pursue higher studies in research after a degree from MCON. Few students get into teaching after their graduation.

All the graduates and post graduates who have applied for International placement, have either got suitable employment or are awaiting legal clearance for employment abroad.
