  • 23 years of nursing experience in India and aboard

  • Worked with a diverse population of students and staff. Understanding of current and emerging instructional delivery technologies
  • Experience in designing nursing curriculum and learning activities to address a wide range of learning levels with a focus on research/evidence based practices.
  • ACLS and BLS Instructor, Trainer for simulation based learning
  • Wide experience in infection control related activities including policy development and development of educational materials

  • An evaluative study on implementation of a need based participatory training programme on hospital infection control among selected core group nurses towards training of other nurses working in selected hospitals of Karnataka, India: A clinical practice improvement project. 2008(PhD Thesis)
  • An evaluative study on implementation of participatory training programme on prevention of HIV/AIDS, with and without agent exposure among Anganvadi workers towards training young women in selected villages of Udupi district Karnataka India -2005(M.Phil. Thesis)
  • A correlative study on knowledge and attitude of relatives of psychiatric patients with regard to ECT in a selected hospital at Mangalore, Karnataka. -2001(MSc. Thesis)

  • Developed hospital wide education programme for prevention of contamination during blood culture collection
