About the department

The department trains the undergraduate students to cater to the needs of sick children of all age groups, from birth to adolescence. The department provides good teaching- learning experiences to the students and enables them to function as educators, managers and researchers in the field of child health nursing.

Laboratory facilities

The department has a skill laboratory that is well equipped with mannequins to enable the students to develop their skills in various paediatric nursing procedures.
