MCON, Mangalore has a strong SNA (Student Nurses’ Association) unit, a constituent organisation of Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI). This body has six committees, solely activated and monitored by the students, under the guidance of teacher advisers. The aim is to develop their personality and leadership qualities in all possible walks of life.

Students are encouraged to participate in intercollegiate and inter-university cultural and sports activities.
