Students Speak

Small as it is, MMMC has tested me in all aspect of life! I have passed some of the worst to the best experience here. The classes are small; hence there is a strong student-to-teacher relationship. Thanks to the teachers that having lots of experience and willingly to share it. I feel I have experience live as a doctor itself with their guidance.
Steven Joel Renaud, March 2007

Fondness and respect for their college should be inherited in every student and I am no exception. Regardless of all the flaws that there are and may appear to be, the experience I have had in MMMC is beyond comparison…two unique countries, 3 vibrant cultures, hundreds of new friends and a whole wealth of knowledge in field of medicine are but a few of them to name. Above all, I have gained the wisdom to live life to its fullest, and experience it for what if truly is… Thank you; & by the way, I love my batch!!
Mr. Sanjeevkumar Pugazhendhi, March 2006 (Batch 18)

As a foreigner, I was unfamiliar with MMMC; initially when I enrolled, I went out on a limb, thinking I could leave the course if it did not meet my expectations. Instead the college has far surpassed them; rigorous clinical training programme and approachable academic staff whose warmth and dedication belie their achievements and prestigious qualifications. Now I am confident that I will step out having gained a solid foundation of knowledge and clinical acumen, but more importantly, the skills and ethics to better serve my patients, as well as a network of colleagues who have forged a bond over the years, to become friends for life. Every time I see a batch enroll, I have to admit, in fact slight twinge of envy which floods in with I too could have this amazing, enriching “Manipal” experience all over again.
Ms. Lauren Elizabeth Jacob, March 2006 (Batch 18)

MMMC has helped pave a path for a successful life by providing me with invaluable knowledge. The education system is outstanding with well organized class and clinics set by dedicated lecturers. Also the experience of meeting and befriending so many culturally diversified people has been a completely enjoyable one. I am profoundly grateful to MMMC for having given me this opportunity necessary to excel in my future.
Ms. Fathima Mujahida Mursheed, September 2006

Hi, I am Balram (a.k.a Bazza) from Australia. I have previously, completed a degree in Medical Imaging (Diagnostic Radiography) in Charles Stuart University, Australia, before deciding to pursue a carrier as a doctor. Why I choose MMMC? Because it is a prestigous university (one of the top universities in Malaysia) and it provides me with the flexibility to study in two different countries (Malaysia and India).
Mr. Balram Singh Dhillon, September 2006
