The Medical Library is located inside the campus. Its primary mission is to support the educational and teaching needs of the students and faculties of Melaka-Manipal Medical College. The double story building has over 300 seats for reading, provides resources in printed and non-printed format. The library has cumulative more than 5000 books on major subjects in medicine such as General Medicine, Surgery, OBG, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics etc, and general education resources. It is also subscribes to 47 titles of printed periodicals, 4 newspapers, 11 Online Journal, 140 CD ROMs and 1 Online Database called MD Consult and First Consult.

Other facilities include the library computer lab. It can facilitate 50 students at a time and is used for e-learning, classes and online information searching as well. The IT facilities not only serve the MMMC community but also cater for the public, especially from Malacca General Hospital and Health Department of Malacca whenever they handling workshop. The Circulation Services, Discussion Rooms and extended hours during examination time ensure that student’ needs are fulfilled.

The library has a strong relationship with the Malaysian Medical Library Group in its up keep and this helps enhance the facilities, resources and the development of the library.
