Teaching pathology to MBBS students, administrative responsibilities of planning coordinating activities pertaining to medical curriculum .Evaluation of students, mentoring students and junior staff. Student strength: 2 batches of 125 students each

Involved in organising activities for care, education and rehabilitation of persons with haemophilia (pwh) and related disorders by organising camps , comprehensive haemophilia clinics and other activities Pwh strength : 211
- Lab Director, Clinical testing lab, Manipal Acunova (A clinical research organisation handling BA/BE studies and clinical trials). Has administrative and diagnostic responsibilities in the lab that handles biochemistry, haematology, serology and clinical pathology. The Lab is CAP and NABL accreditated handling about 1000 samples /month

In charge of lab for 12 years till August 2006. Presently involved in diagnostic haematology handling routine haematology, smear and bone marrow interpretation, haemolytic work up , coagulation work up ,anaemia evaluation and clinical pathology. Teaching and training Post graduate students and lab technology students
