Dr. Keshava Pai, Associate Professor presented his research article on “Memantine and Donepezil in Treatment of Alzheimer’s Dementia” at International Psychiatric Conference held at Thailand from 26th August to 29th August 2008.

Dr. Mariella D’souza , Selection Grade Lecturer Presented a paper tittled “ Assessment of Quality of Life in HIV Positive Individuals on Highly Active Anti Retrovial Therapy” at the 26th annual conference of the Indian Society of Professional Social Workers held at the School of Social Work, Mangalore from 28th-30th January 2008, and was awarded the ‘Best paper award’ in the Social work practitioners category.

Dr. Keshava Pai, Assoicate Professor presented a research paper on “A study Comparing Duloxetine and Escitalopram in Major Depressive Disorder” at the Annual National Conference of Indian Psychiatric Society held at Kolkata from 3rd Jan to 6th Jan 2008.

Presented a paper on “Stress Management, Key issues for Researchers” for the Post graduates and Faculty on National Conference at NITK Surathkal on the 13th February 2007.

Dr. Ravish Thunga, HOD Psychiatry department, presented a paper titled ‘Neuropsychological Problems in Seropositive HIV Patients’ at the International Conference (Asia-Pacific) on STD and HIV Infection at Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia from 24th July to 5th August 2006.

Dr. Elizabeth Daniel, Associate Professor-Clinical psychology presented a paper on “Psychological Issues in the Assessment and treatment of Audiological disorders and Speech impairments” at the 2nd International Conference of Auditory Processing Disorders in children 28th July 2006.
