Experience
Dr. Padma Srinivasan has 12 years of industrial experience as Company Secretary and has an experience of 12 years of teaching MBA programs. She holds a Masters Degree in Commerce, a Fellowship of Company Secretaries Institute, an Associateship of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, a PhD in Finance and a Diploma in Law & Corporate Governance from the University of Humburg, Germany.
She has an Entrepreneurs Educators Certification from Stanford University, US and an Advanced Entrepreneurs Educators Certification from ISB, Hyderabad and is a Life Member of Indian Accounting Association Research Foundation.
Areas of Interest in teaching
Her research interests are Corporate Governance, SMEs & Family Business, Asset Protection and Mergers & Acquisitions. She is an expert panel member on IIM-B project on “Rural Health Insurance” and is a Consultant to Government of India project “Women Entrepreneurship in India and China”

She has published more than 90 research papers and 03 derivative books and has won two awards -“Best Research Paper Award” Silver Medal, AIMS, 2004 and First Prize for Finance Paper of the Year, ICSI, 2006. She is on the Academic Committee of the European Conference on Entrepreneurship & Innovation and International Conference of Academy of International Business.
